Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Commission Sales Associate to help grow a fast-rising human-grade dog food monthly subscription box service. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, believes pets deserve better nutrition, and wants unlimited earning potential without a cap. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

You’ll be responsible for driving new customer subscriptions through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, social selling, and creative prospecting strategies.

This is a fully remote, commission-only role with performance-based incentives and room to grow into leadership as the company scales. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their sales expertise.

Duties

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers
• Convert leads into monthly subscription customers
• Educate prospects on the benefits of human-grade dog food
• Use social media, email, DMs, referrals, and outbound outreach to close sales
• Track leads and conversions using provided tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide customer feedback and insights to help refine messaging and offers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, commission-based roles, or subscription products
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Passion for dogs, pet health, wellness, or premium consumer products
• Experience with DTC, SaaS, subscriptions, or affiliate sales is a big plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email, social platforms, or cold outreach

Compensation & Incentives
